People went from 100k EOY to „im not buying the dip it’ll get lower“ within 6 months

Something I’ve noticed is how emotion driven a lot of people are in the crypto space. Beside FOMO and panic selling it seem to also change their opinion for the long term.

In October / November people were strongly believing in 100k EOY. While it turned out as a meme afterwards it blows my mind how people change their plans that quickly. Out of nowhere people are not even considering buying at these levels because „it’ll go lower 20k / 10k soon“

Crypto itself did really good the last months. The main reason why we see a 30k BTC is not crypto itself it’s the global economy, war and politics dragging it down.

If you truly believed in a 100k or even 70k BTC – what’s the reason you disagree with buying the dip? What changed your mind that quickly 30k is not an option and you believe in a 10-20k BTC?

This is why people praise DCA so much. They just buy monthly / weekly no matter the price movement because they believe in a new ATH. A lot of people seem to have changed their opinion entirely because of a couple months price movement.
