Does Ledger set automatically additional Ethereum wallets?

I created an Ethereum account with Ledger Nano X (my first one there), then I tried to connect Ledger to Metamask, but Metamask is asking which wallet I want to connect from Ledger in a list of 5 addresses (the address which I created is there).

I thought I had created only one Ethereum account with Ledger, does Ledger set automatically additional Ethereum wallets?
