HELP! I got robbed…

Hacker drained my ETH from my ledger. I'm the idiot… I had my seed phrase stored on my computer. There was also info on my staking validators on my system. I'm so dumb.

How can I protect my validators if that info was compromised? Can he withdraw it all on the day staking allows withdrawals?

What can I do?!!
