Hashrates, 2miners, and general thoughts on mining raven when there is others 2 mine

So I haven't been mining much ravencoin as I had a weird problem, which i finally solved with my gpu fans, ramping up and down like every 10 seconds. So I have a 2060 gpu. And I see 18.73M in nbminer. I currently on 2miners, and the hashrates show on their website 11.93MH/s why is the numbers off. and is there a better miner or pool? I only say this because if i am really only getting 11.93MH/s then really I'm making a little more on ETH. if I am going 18.63MH/s I am sure i will be making more.
