How did you get your first Web3 job?

Hey everyone, I’m wanting to know what your experience was from transitioning from a normal job to working with Ethereum, or any cryptocurrency really. Why did you finally decide to do it? Pros and cons you’ve noticed? How much Web3 experience did you need (For both technical and non-technical jobs)? Or anything else you think would be cool to mention.

I have recently done some freelance smart contract work and got paid to make some crypto YT videos for a company. Other than that I have been studying blockchain tech for about 2 years. Now I’m looking to fully quit my web2 job and make the switch! Any advice for job boards, what web3 companies look for (how they differ from web2, etc.), or anything else.
