Do Asus Tuf Gaming rx 5700 xt and rx 5700 have the same PCB?

I mine using my gaming PC with two rx 5700 xt one of which is the infamous tuf gaming card known for its high memory temps. I found this mod for the non xt version here on reddit. I wonder if this fix would work on my xt card. Hence the question in the title.
