Is Vitalik considering a partnership with Elon for an online crypto shop?

Rumors are going around that Vitalik and Musk are working on something big, an entire crypto shop. Recent events with Elon going around and starting fights with billionaires like Bill Gates have been going around and that represents a real risk to his company and he will have to start investing in new ideas outside the box.

Honestly, as something who has always had a strong interest in crypto, it’s not far-fetched. Musk will always be the first to start crypto ideas, and the only one to actually finish them, and he could just go around and do it. I know that many similar ideas exist already, with names like exeno being an obvious candidate for a good e-commerce venture and cards like those that Binance Pay offers that allow to pay with a, first of its kind, crypto credit card.

Vitalik has already spoken about this too, and has often reiterated his vision of Eth becoming more currency-oriented, i.e. being used as a real currency to buy and sell and things.

I hope this project is completed soon, I know many people who will benefit highly from such an idea and have long been calling for things similar to this. This could just happen and will for sure work out.

Whether or not they go through with this depends on up-and-coming events. If the situation with Musk is still turbid then it might be an obstacle in the way.

A project like this could easily rival anything that amazon or Visa could come up with, and I’m sure they could in a couple of years outlast them.

It’s not about who becomes the world standard first, it’s about maintaining your position, and credit cards are dying out.
