Has anyone here actually LOST more money than they’ve made?

I started with crypto in 2021, I was a new investor in general. I started with bitcoin and ethereum and am still buying that now. Overtime though I heard about a lot of people making exponential gains with low cap projects and I decided to give it a shot. I put quite a bit into about 4 seemingly solid projects.

At this point, the whole market is down and the prices have diminished drastically. I know they are riskier plays but 4 months ago, the community was full of people talking about “hidden gems” and low cap gems. Now the narrative has completely changed and no one is talking about them, and saying it is foolish to buy these smaller coins.

I don’t plan on selling anything right now but I just have this premonition that I’m about to get screwed and lose thousands of dollars, because a bear market can be approaching. I always hear about people in here who ran off with a lot of money but has anyone else actually lost a lot?
