Paper wallet sweeper mobile app?

Is there any mobile wallet that can scan a private key QR code and sweep the fund to the wallet in the app?
Such tool is used for sweeping funds from paper wallets but it could work for any type of wallets too. So I wonder if any app in the Ethereum or sister networks has this ability.
