Do you invest in projects without doing proper research(DYOR)?

Hi! My curiosity is simple, after I talked with a few people, I found out that some of them invest without researching the crypto project. When I heard this the first time, I was kinda shocked by their stupidity (not the best word) of them, but after talking with more individuals, I can conclude that this is a serious problem. What is your answer?
