Coinbase wants to charge me to download IRS form 8949

On Coinbase.com, when I go to Account > Taxes > Documents, the link to download IRS Form 8949 it is behind a paywall. A popup says it is only available for Coinbase One members and that is costs $30 per month to join Coinbase One.

This cannot possibly be legal, right? They have to provide the form to me for no additional charge, right?

I have logged a complaint to the FTC here: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/

But is there anything else I can do?
