Will the merge not make Eth price drop in the short term?

Once Eth 2.0 merges all eth that was staked to it becomes unlocked correct? Will that not cause a huge new supply shock and dump the price?

Let me know if I’m out to lunch or if I’ll be gobbling that dip in a month.
