Resources to learn Ethereum Development

I'm looking for guidance on solid resources that I can utilize to lead me into a career in Ethereum devleopment. I am a beginner with little to no developing/coding experiences, and understand that I will need to learn some basic coding skills first. I am happy to pay for a course, but am having a hard time finding one since reviews these days are so unreliable.

If you have any suggestions for online courses, I would love to hear them.
