What do you think would happen to Ethereums price in a recession?

As many of you guys probably already heard, many indicators for recession flashed red lately. How do you think a recession would influence Ethereums price?

Until now cryptos strongly correlated to tech stocks, although I dont really understand why. Considering Ethereums potential real usage, i'd think many people could switch from holding fiat to crypto.
