eth 1 and eth 2.0

When eth 1.0 and eth 2.0 merge aka both layers and become a pos type of coin will gas fees be lower because I have acoins stuck in dapp wallets and wallets in general but can't move them because the gass fees are as big as the wallet amount fml 😭😭😭😭
