Transfer rejected, insufficient funds.

I have 113$ eth and 149$ polygon in my MetaMask, i want to transfer it to binance , but it gets rejected all the time. It seems like the fees are to high, so i cant withdraw or send it anywhere without loosing 70% of the amount, any tips?
