Ropsten : Pending Transaction even with very high gas price

Hi everyone, I'm pretty sure this is a very common issue, but I swear I can't solve it

I tried increasing the gas price to a very high price (36 gwei, when the average price is 5 gwei)

The total fee for the transaction is 0.01818364 ETH, and my balance is 5.09 ETH so it should work regarding this

What I do not understand is that my transaction is not visible in the pending transaction list here : https://ropsten.etherscan.io/txsPending

Any help would be appreciated, thanks
