Did I just lose my EFIL

I just sent $500 worth of EFIL (Ethereum wrapped filecoin) from gemini to my metamask where my plan was to convert it to Ethereum there.

It has been over 5 hours and I do not see anything in my MM. given that is a ERC-20 token, I thought there would be no issue.

Am I fucked?
