Need Help – Kiln Validators not Activating

Hey all.

I follow this guide. I didn't get any errors. I'm double checking now to see if I messed up a config file. https://github.com/metanull-operator/eth2-ubuntu/blob/master/kiln.md

Looking at a single validator you see the deposit was made 30hrs ago. I believe it should take less than 24hrs for my validator to activate. But the beaconchain explorer shows there are 0 pending validators. Which makes me think my validators are invalid. https://beaconchain.kiln.themerge.dev/ the testnet explorer has limited functionality, so I can't punch in to see if my validators are in the invalid list.

EDIT: And here is a separate validator I setup over 2 days ago and abandoned. (deleted the vm) Should be active by now. It was never accepted and is not getting penalized.
