LHR Miners on Ravencoin

Is there a difference for LHR vs. Non-LHR miners on RVN hashrate?

As ETH gets closers to launching PoW, I am considering starting to move some of my resources to RVN mining. Any suggestions on best GPUs to mine RVN with (in terms of breakeven time) – thanks!
