You are doing this because you wanted a better future for yourself and your family. Why give up now?
Why did you invest in crypto in the first place? Probably hopping into the bandwagon, FOMO, or the most logical reason: to make money, aka you’re poor.
The market has been in red for a few months. A few of my friends actually sold, it was the money they can afford to lose and wasn’t even their emergency fund. They told me that crypto is disappointing, they rather go for stable investments like index funds.
Me on the other side, has 80% of my net worth invested in crypto, only BTC and ETH tho. Those are the money that I kinda can’t afford to lose, but its not the end of the world even I lose like 50% of them ( I have emergency fund ready ).
To be honest the first few months when I started crypto was awful. A small 10% dump would make me go crazy and a 3% pump would calm me down. Today, I’m too numb to feel anything and too dumb to do anything. I’m basically a robot, DCA on time and refrain myself from watching the charts too often.
I can’t help to think in 3-5 years when I harvest all the profits, I would be able to give my family a better life, not like they needed it tho, its just me who wanted to repay them. And also buy all the shits I want, and ignore the food price when I’m eating in the restaurant. Best scenario would be financial freedom, but that’s gonna be difficult to achieve.
Remember, investing in good projects is like planting a seed. DCA is like giving them constant care. When it rips, that’s the day you harvest that sweet success, aka tons of profit.
