Is now the time to move my ETH off the exchanges?

Like many of you, I imagine, I've been waiting for a good (cost-effective) time to move some of my ETH off the exchanges and into a more secure wallet.

Coinbase Pro is currently reporting a "network fee" of 0.00048300. Multiply that by the current value of ETH in USD ($2,645) and I get about $1.28.

Am I doing this correctly? If so, it seems like now might be a great time to finally make this move. What do you guys think?
