Hung transaction is hidden?

I can't do anything at all on the ETH main net. Open Sea transactions are immediately cancelled, strong block interactions get an error. Nothing works. Every other chain is alright. Metamask support hasn't responded after 5 days, Strongblock says that the error code string indicates a pending transaction. Nothing is visible on ethscan.io. I am at wit's end. Does anyone have advice on what to do next?
