2 x 3070ti Mining Rig – first time building a rig

I have been mining on my pc's 2070 super for the past year and a half. However, I have recently acquired two zotac amp holo 3070ti's. I've been doing research on how to actually go about building a mining rig. Is there any helpful information I should know before I start. Like for example should I use hiveos or windows? should i change the thermal pads? any recommendations on certain parts?
