Best (ideally simple) way to hedge possible ETH bear market using DeFi

I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in this but overwhelmed by the choices. Used to use deribit but that's not for US peeps anymore

I'd prefer something where I just buy a perpetual future (with deep liquidity) or maybe a long dated option. Don't wanna manage stuff or have to acquire a bunch of this or that token

Interested in possibly using uniswap v3 for bearish hedge but my eth is already staked and I don't wanna acquire substantially more right now
