I’m an idiot who got his coins stuck

What is the cheapest way to get gas money into my wallet? I'm thinking something like anyswap or some bridge is best, but I can't figure out how to get ETH onto ETH from anyswap.

I used anyswap to move AVAX between chains and I accidentally got 1000$ stuck on ETH without enough gas fees to get it off. I am now trying to get gas money to my ETH wallet as cheaply as possible.
