Bad Temps on my card after I opened for maintenance.

So I' getting really bad Temps on my 3060ti while mining after I give it some maintenance. I change the thermal paste and pads (with kinda expensive ones btw) and since then the card got terrible at mining I must say it's only while mining. I game with it and run a lot of stress test to see if something was wrong while doing everything but mining the card is good, no artifacts, blue screens, nothing But with the same tuning as before opening it I get 15 to 20 degrees hotter than usual My settings are 80 Power -100 core +800 mem 55 Fan Speed Previously the card used to get 27.7 MHZ at 58 degrees Now it gets 26.2 at 70 degrees I tried everything, diferente system, DDU'd it, tons of fresh installs of windows and opening it again to see if I broke something on the first round but nothing seems out of normal and the card just got nearly impossible to mine on.
