As of the time of writing this, the actual effort for the next block is over 2,000%.

Blocksmith is a great pool, but it lost the remnants of its membership when that cursed block just went unreachable for so long. The time elapsed for that block will go over 2,000 hours of mining in a couple of days.

What can be done about it ? Well, unless the rules for crypto being random got changed unexpectedly, there's not much to be done. The only solution would be to switch to that pool and give them some hashpower to climb over that insane block.
