did a transaction with 51 gwei and it still is pending

its been about 2 hours or so and its still pending, my coinbase wallet shows the amount id have with the transaction taken out but using that same wallet somewhere else shows the amount without the transaction. my metamask also shows the same amount without the transaction taken but wont let me send any of it. What should I do
