Mining problems with Ropsten & geth

Hi, after 4 days my node managed to sync with the the Ropsten testnet.

However I think it is not working like it should, because I have difficulties mining with CPU.

The logs output this: "Commit new sealing work number=11…"

Shouldn't it output

"Commit new mining work…" ?

It seems like geth is not using PoW, but somehow Proof of Authority.

I am running get 1.10.16- unstable.
