Lowest gas fee for non time sensitive actions

Hi everyone, just was curious and thankful for any help!

So i was just wondering whats the way to set transactions with the lowest fee that will still confirm eventually, say within a week. Ex. Sending wallet to wallet transfer or like initializing an item to list on opensea..

I understand how to edit gas fee and all that but like whats a good amount of gwei, priorty and all that to set at, cause i think I’ve only seen a handful of times in the past while that avg gwei is under 100 and would rather a transaction not stuck for a week plus and then have to speed up and pay another fee if I need it to happen by x date. I couldn’t find a good resource for an answer and thought the community could help 🙂
