Can I swap BETH back to ETH?

I have staked some Ethereum in ETH 2.0 on Binance and received some BETH. I traded this BETH back to Ethereum on Binance and was just wondering if I’m suppose to do this or if I can? I don’t want to lose anything when ETH 2 launches? I know it might be a while before I get it back?
