USDT to USDC Contract address – Is it really unrecoverable?

I know I made a mistake, been told it many times. Does anyone have any possible solution like sending Eth to recoup it? Its not 500K but, its a ton to me and still in that address.

Bought a miner and send USDT to USDC after the company changed coin payment methods. I know I should have been more careful, but is there anything that can be done? Company says it was a contract payment and they cant help. Exchange cant help either apparently, but at this point the USDT is still sitting in the address.
