Weth to RVN

I have a 3070Ti and was wondering if there was a good way to convert Weth to RVN without the fees being too bad. I'm currently just mining eth and to unmineable and getting paid out in RVN, but they take a pretty good fee and it looks like even direct mining RVN would be better, even though ETH is more profitable. I mine eth to ethermine so I can get paid out in Weth but haven't found a good way to exchange without some nasty gas fees and quite a bit of work.
