Poloniex ETH Withdraw

I need to get my ETH balance off Poloniex before tomorrow afternoon due to trading stopping in Ontario.

The fee to withdraw ETH to my Coinbase ETH wallet takes nearly half of my investment.

How can I do this cheaper? I have Coinbase and Kraken at my disposal.

Poloniex support has not been helpful. Hope someone can offer insight! Thanks
