Ravenist not letting me login on phone or pc

Created ravenist account last night. It was being glitchy changing my profile pic. Today it won't let me sign in.

First time I click login, it says bad username or password. Which it isn't because that is saved automaticallyand was working fine last night.

Then second time I click login it says bad captcha except there isn't one. It says to reload for captcha, still no captcha.

Something is up. Either someone tried hacking my account or the sky is fallingI'll update when I figure it out.
