How can you tell if it’s a scam or not? Please help!

Sooo I recently opened up an account and now in order to transfer out $$$ it's telling me I need to double the principal of the rechargement amount.

Scam? Is it possible to retrieve the funds without putting more $$ into it?

Am I screwed?
