Real life artwork NTF possible?

Hi,

I just thought if it may be possible to make use of NFTs in order to sell real life artwork. My mom is an artist; she draws as a hobby. Although I'm not quite sure about how to convert real life assets into NFTs, I find it to be the only way NFTs would be any useful, especially for people who consider them to be worthless.

I thought we take a picture of the artwork, upload it to IPFS, then sell it and send the physical artwork to the buyer and maybe draw the IPFS hash on the back in order to connect it to the digital asset? That doesn't sound too bad, or does it!?

How can I guarantee for the buyer that they will receive the physical artwork after purchasing the digital asset? Should I worry about people copying the artwork? I heard Raven supports real estate assets, but I'm not quite sure it's related to this!
