Can someone explain why I the gas fees on etjerscan are 119gwei but I’m supposed to pay 0.07Eth?

I don't understand the gas fees really, I read that 119 gwei would be 0.000000119 Eth so a billion gwei equals 1 eth. But when I want to list an NFT on Opensea I'm supposed to pay gas fees of 0.07 Eth. Can someone please explain this to me? Thank you.
