Token list on DEX and CEX

Hello everyone, I would like to know how to list a token on CEX after adding liquidity to a DEX, how it works, what is the process to list on CEX, in relation to the token. Does the token owner need to reserve a portion of the tokens to the CEX or does the CEX use the same DEX pool? How does arbitrage between the two work?

Any help in understanding this process would be greatly appreciated.
