Mined to my wallet can’t transfer out

I mined 14k rvn to my hardware wallet. When I try to transfer any out it takes 50 minutes to process the transaction then around 10 hours to process and fails. That’s with a 350 rvn transaction and a 100 rvn transaction. Keeps saying it’s too large, is there a way to consolidate them? Any offers to help by sharing my private key will be met with the sarcasm they deserve
