eth in bsc metamask after swap on pancake from busd to eth ?

Hi guys the easiest/cheapest way to sending back my eth from bsc metamask to eth mainnet would be ? sending back to binance ? if yes how do i do that ? selecting coing eth and network erc20 ? or bsc because is in bsc smart chain metamask now ? sorry just I do not want to fucked up
