You find an address collision on the main net. What would you do and why?

Scenario

• You find an address collision between an EOA and a smart contract
• Addresses are on different chains and they both holds funds
• EOA beholds to an exchanger, smart contract to a token project
• You are not the owner of the private key, you cannot send transaction but only advertise the situation

What would you do and why?
