How much of NFT volume is fake?

Opensea did about 200 million dollars worth of volume yesterday.

The meme about selling an NFT to yourself is common knowledge now, and I was wondering how much of the 200 million is actually just wash trades and bots. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the real volume is many zeros smaller.
