Lending Stable Coins or ETH?

To the best of my knowledge, all lending platforms offer higher rates for Stable Coins than they do for Ethereum -please let me know if it's otherwise. The question is, which one is more profitable? Lending Stable Coins or Ethereum? I'd appreciate your comments with decent reasons.
