Is it possible to widthdraw after locking & renouncing?

Someone can help me about Locking liquidity? I want to understand something!

If I lock the liquidity for 1 year and renounce just after that… Can I widthdraw my liquidity even though I am no longer the "owner"?

Some people says yes, others no…

I can see he renounced and withdraw his liquidity… So?
