How will rollups (or alternatives) reduce time to finality?
Rollups time to finality would be inherited from Ethereum L1. Is there any plan on the roadmap to decrease time to finality or something I’m missing about rollups?
Alternately, without shorter time to finality, how will Ethereum-based payment systems work?
