Building my own rig

Hello community, I have been meaning to build a mining rig off 3080 Ti… What motherboards do you suggest would hold around 8 of them and power supply as well?

Also is it worthwhile to rent hashpower at MRR and do solo mine… From 2 rentals i did, i found 5 blocks, 2 before halving and 3 after…?

So should I be spending money on building a rig or should I keep renting hashpower…?
