Help!!! Unable to convert erc20 off metamask due to gas fees.

Recently tried converting my erc20 into bsc, but can't get my money out of metamask due to the gas fees. Watched various YouTube videos, reddit post, and searched different websites and haven't been able to find a solution to my problem. If anyone can send a step by step way to do it I'd appreciate it.
