Normal flow for RVN -> FIAT Question

Hi,

I'm relatively new to mining. I was wondering how you guys go about taking your RVN and then getting cash back into your pocket. I entered into mining to ironically cover electrical costs for my home, and would like to start using the funds I make to pay for it.

What process do you guys go through to do that? I've seen binance.us, coinbase… etc… but to hook up a withdraw account (ACH) i would need to create a new bank account for deposits etc.

If paypal was an option that would work well too.

Just wanted some good insight from some experienced people.
